Services
Priyal Raj ("Developer") provides freelance web development services including but not limited to full stack development, consulting, and code review. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per project. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of work.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of custom code written specifically for their project. Third-party libraries, open-source tools, and template code remain under their respective licences.
Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Limitation of liability
The Developer's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project deliverable in question. The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement before any formal proceedings.
